High Sierra instal the new1/22/2024 It goes to show how important bios settings are. I am running Sierra on a 13' macbook pro 2012, and Id like to upgrade a little. Apparently a certificate has expired, so installer will no longer run. Motherboard bios was not set to proper date. A little late, but updating from Sierra to High Sierra is problem II have a install macOS High Sierra USB drive, but when I tried to use it, it said the s/w was damaged. I have downloaded a copy of 8.1, I will be making another attempt at installation following my evening class. This user instead used 8.1 for the install and it worked flawlessly. I did read from the following golden build that unibeast 8.3.1 is potentially broken. Yet it may not work out-of-the-box on some platforms since the flatpak technology is new.
